Refund Process:

Eligibility:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. Items showing any signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not qualify for a return.

Requesting a Refund:
- Initiate a Return:via our customer exchange portal detailing the size you desire. Please note that mailing us for the request wont be count as request as we have self serve automated customer portal only

- Hassle-Free Pickup: We’ll arrange a pickup from your location for added convenience. A reverse pickup fee of ₹100 will apply.
- Store Credits Issued: Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue your refund as store credits, which can be applied toward future purchases at Killtec.

In any case of reverse pickup is not serviceable for the pincode of the location. Customer will be responsible of sending the order back to us at our warehouse
